Hello everyone!
We welcome you to the new Alicia Minshew Online Message Board! We're really looking forward to getting to know you all and to hear your thoughts.
The following are some rules & guidelines to help make this board a great place for all to come to. As much as her very busy schedule will permit, Alicia promises to come by to read and post.
Please take a moment to review the items below and hope you enjoy your time here!
1. We greatly appreciate Alicia's regular visits to AMO and her shout-outs to her fans. While you may reference her posts on other messageboards, we ask that her posts not be copied and pasted on other sites. Alicia has made it clear that the messages she leaves here are for the members of AMO exclusively. Therefore, registration is required and members must be logged in to view messages from Alicia and to post on the board.
Required fields include picking a username and password and providing a valid e-mail address. Due to the number of spammers who gained access to the board through automatic validation, registrations will now be approved by management.
Also, multiple userIDs are not allowed. If you are found to be posting under numerous IDs, the duplicates will be unregistered and the user will be issued a warning. Infraction of this rule a second time will result in deletion from the board.
2. Please no disrespectful bashing of actors, other posters, and show/studio execs. Different opinions and points of view are always welcome and encouraged, but please keep the debates polite. The board moderators will edit or remove posts that violate this rule at their discretion.
3. Please leave your fangurl/boy at the door! This is not a couple message board it is meant for fans of the Actress, not her pairings. Understand that we aren't going to like the same pairings. Fanbase wars will not be allowed!
4. This board allows the use of avatars and banners. AVATARS MUST BE 120x120 PIXELS OR SMALLER. If you need help uploading your avatar, do not hesitate to e-mail one of the moderators for help, or post your question in this folder.
5. For avatars or other images, please do not hotlink your images from the Alicia Minshew Online Fan Site (or any other website) without that site owner's permission, as that takes bandwidth from that site's server. Instead, we recommend that you upload your images to your own account with a free online photo storage site that allows URL remote linking, such as www.photobucket.com.
6. This board also allows signatures. Please keep your graphics banners to a maximum size of 500 pixels (wide) by 200 pixels (high). Please limit the number of banners in your signature to two. For non-graphics signatures, there is a 300 character limit.
7. Whenever there are new posts in folders you have not yet read, the Alicia avatar photo next to the folder name will appear; if there are no new posts her initials will appear when you log-in.
8. The folder containing Alicia's posts, "Lish Talks Back," will be read-only. If you have a question that you'd really like to hear Alicia's answer on, please post them in the Messages/Questions for Lish Forum. If she has the opportunity to answer them she will. Please DO NOT PM her.
9. In order to access the video archive section of the board, you must be a registered member and logged in to view this forum. Clips will be posted daily unless otherwise noted.
