Lish talks about her wedding in the new SID:

AMC's Kendall has been both guest and bride at a number of doozy weddings in her time, but portrayer Alicia Minshew is hoping for a drama-free affair when she weds fiance Richie Herschenfeld in October. "We're going to have a priest and a rabbi, just our family, like 30 people, tops," Minshew reveals, emphasizing how uncomplicated she wants the day to be. "We're getting married here in New York. We found a cute, little, tiny space. We didn't want it to be a church or a temple. We wanted it to be a really simple, just sort of neutral, space."

The couple found a cozy spot for the ceremony in the city's Greenwich Village, and they'll follow it with "a little reception in a pretty little restaurant, in the garden", the actress says, excitement filling her voice. "We just want to have it be a really simple day just about our families being together."

That simplicity extends to her attire for the affair: a dress made by British clothing company Archangel. "It's like the dresses are made for me," she says. "They're cut very small and they're flowy and they're just feminine and effortless. I love them."

So with the venue, frock and photographer--co-star Cameron Mathison, a skilled shutterbug who also shot the wedding of Rebecca Budig and Bob Guiney--all set, Minshew is riding a current of relaxed happiness. "We haven't done much planning, because there's not much to do. There's not going to be a reception with a DJ and flowers. We're not even having a maid of honor or a best man," she says with a chuckls. "Just the two of us getting married in front of our family. Really simple. No pressure."
