KO, Kendall fans…

Most of us have been having daily aneurysms having to watch the “friendship” between Kendall and NotLee. And Amanda and Babe as BFFs? Give me a freaking break. Most of us have wondered aloud why Kendall couldn’t form a friendship with Amanda – the characters have a historical connection (through Janet) that could easily have been played up. Kendall deserves a friend who won’t screw her over, and Mandy needs someone to talk her out of sleeping with Junior.

At the Prohibition event last month, a bunch of talked to Chrishell and decided we really wanted to push Kendall and Amanda as friends. I finally found the time to do up a postcard last night.

If you want to participate, please print it out at home and mail it in. This is, of course, a Kendall-centric campaign, so we want to target TPTB, the mags/TV, Lish and Chrishell. If you feel like throwing the PC in an envelope with a lollipop or some other type of candy, feel free. I figure we can start sending them out next week.

Kewl!!!. They'd make great friends. Maybe Kendall can hand over controlling interest in Chandler to Amanda so she can boss the jerky C boys around to her hearts content and then dump them when she's left them poor and bleeding on the side of the road......ohhh sorry did I get to evil there LOL.

I always thought that Amanda would make a great Zen supporter. She could just stand around and drool whenever she sees them together. :P

As usual Krissy, your work is fabulous!! It's like candy. I'm not going to be able to get this damn Cameo song out my head for a while. GREAT.

Oh question for those that know, cause I don't, how old is Amanda compared to Kendall. I'm not familiar with these two's histroy. And I'm only vaguely, and that's very vaugely, familiar with Kendall and Janet's history. So help me you Kendall affectionado's, what's the story here? Thanks

Eeeeeeeeeee! I've been waiting for this one, Krissy. Kendall and Mandy really should be friends. Mandy is a better alternative than Greensleaze and PollyAnnie, that's for sure.

Bring on the KandY!

Well, this is all from memory, so it probably isn't 100% accurate.

When Janet got out of prison with her new face, Amanda was pretty young (5-6-ish, I think). She didn't tell anyone who she was and to get close to Amanda, she started to date Trevor using the name "Jane Cox." Kendall was the first one to figure out who she really was. They had a confrontation just before a tornado hit -- Kendall was injured and Janet could have left her there to die, but eventually saved her. Kendall was appraciative and was touched by the lengths Janet was willing to go to be with Amanda, so she kept her secret.

Since Kendall was in her early 20s then, she would be about 15 years older than Amanda in real time. Of course, they seem to be throwing Amanda into the same general age group as JR, who was born several years before Mandy.

Given all the SORAS-ing involved, I'd put Amanda at about 5-10 years younger than Kendall.

Thanks, Krissy. It would be nice is they'd let Kendall be "big sister" to Mandy especially with Binks gone. You know AMC has great history. Anges Nixon did a wonderful job setting up these characters. It's a shame the new regime ignores all of it completely. There's enough story just in the history of the characters instead of doing crazy thing like unabort fetuses, etc. etc. etc..
