CAN'T FIND A BETTER MAN:
"We'd talked about it, and I knew that eventually, he would propose," says Alicia Minshew (Kendall, ALL MY CHILDREN), who got engaged to Richie Hersch last month, "but I definitely didn't expect it when it happened. And the Ring! Oh, my God, it is spectacular. It looks like an antique. It's very different and very classic-looking and very me. I'm truly happier than I ever thought I could be. He's a rare, rare man," she beams. "I've known a lot of wonderful men in my life and I work with a lot of wonderful men, but I have never met a man who was born as good and kind and loving and special as he is. I feel really, really, really lucky. I was so touched that he proposed to me; it touched me deeper than I ever thought it would. We've been together three-and-a-half years, which was the perfect amount of time for me to really get to know him and to really get to know myself. He puts up with me being me. I play Kendall --- she's nuts! I come home some days and I'm a wreck or I'm cranky, and he just accepts it and deals with it. That's the kind of person I need."
