OK, so I see there's been some shoutbox talk about this, but.... who's going?

Arggghhhh!!!! why did I know this!!!! Now I have to see if I can change my days off and change my flight to that date!!!! The things I do for this woman!!!!

My birthday is two days later. I wonder if I can talk Creehusband into taking me there for my birthday. I'm going to start begging and aggravating him now.

Why can't see come a little further down south like South Carolina? We have all the democratic presidental hopefuls but all I want is Lish to come to the Palmetto state.

So I'm assuming Newark will be the closest airport .......which means I'll have to try and change from JFK to Newark. Delta said I could change the days of my ticket for "a small fee" LOL I didn't ask them about changing airports yet. MY LISH LOVE KNOWS NO BOUNDS!!!!

I'm hoping she'll do one that's easier for me to get to by public transportation since I don't drive. Clifton is about 45 minutes from me by car.

Quit pffting at me. You know I wanna go, I just can't make it to Asscrack, NJ unless I grow wings in the next month or so. I was even planning an outfit tonight, too. :(

Well i got a couple days off the 20th and 21st so I"ll be there. I have to change my flight since I had one booked for earlier in the month. I was going to NY anyway for my birthday.

I think I'm gonna be staying in the city. Mapquest says that the bookstore is only 12 miles from the hotel I was considering so I can grab a cab. If anyone wants to stay in the city let me know. I'm hoping to get in early in the morning on the 20th, probably thru Laguardia and I'll be leaving in the afternoon on the 21st, which will give me time to swing by the studio and hold up a sign saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY THORSTEN KAYE bahhhhaaaa.

Again, if anyone wants to hang, PM me.

Just a warning if you weren't aware....a cab to Jersey from Manhattan (no matter the mileage) will be at least $50, or whatever the particular cab driver you get decides to charge you (I've had some who wanted $75 or more!!). They won't run by meter if you're leaving the 5 boroughs. Plus you have to find one that's even willing to go there. But if a bunch of you share one cab, it may not be too bad. But I would investigate bus/train as a back-up...

Well if the cab drivers won't go there, I'll just have my hotel get me a car and driver. Sounds like it'll come out to the same amount. I've got no problem with that, done it before.

I just interviewed for a new job, so I don't want to make any plans until I know where the hell I'm gonna be working. If I'm still at Southern, then I'm there with bells on.

That is why you hook up with fellow Zitches and you find out how they are going to be getting there and you work your magic. Anne is in NJ you should ask her where she lives. Find a half way point to meet and the two of you drive up together. She can drop you off at the nearest station and you can go your separate ways back home.

Nope, that is getting even further away from me. I too am hoping for something in NYC.

Location doesn't bother me as much as timing. Thursday's better, but I'm not sure if I can work this one out either.

It’s all about planning. Gotta pick my stalking moments these days. I’m still hoping against hope for a Friday or Saturday (which is evil, because the poor woman gets so little time off as it is); no matter where it is, I should be able to work that. Gah.
