Title: Ghosts, weddings and rescue missions

I actually enjoyed Zach's conversation with Ryan today. Ryan finally knows his boundaries where Kendall is concerned and acknowledged that to Zach. I didn't hear his answer regarding whether he was still in love with Kendall, but at least he is respecting the Slater's marriage. I liked their conversation about the children and Zach giving Ryan a heads up on his and Spike's submarine game. Ryan told Zach that he was never a threat to their marriage and I liked how Zach unequivocally told Ryan that if he had been Zach would have protected his family. I liked that they were able to work together in a time of crisis after all the ill will that the past few months had brought into their relationship. The writing is getting better for Z/R, but Ryan's pompousness still leaks through in their conversations.

The wedding montage was not too bad, since it included Angie. Loved the way Kendall described the simplicity of their wedding aboard the yacht and emphasized that she didn't need a fancy wedding dress, because she had Zach the man she loved. Later Krystal in comparing everyone's love stories in the wedding salon, noted that Kendall and Zach seem to grow more and more in love every day. Kendall looked so beautiful in that royal blue top. Loved that Kendall offered the casino for Angie and Jesse's wedding. It appears that there may be a link forming between the Slaters and the Hubbards. Nothing would make me happier.

Aiden/Jake scenes were a little rushed... but that's OK since they are not making the captivity scenes too believable. Jake's captors are a little over the top and a bit cartoonish at times. The sooner we get the rescue over with the better.

Haunted Adam is very entertaining. DC is giving a great performance with touches of tongue in cheek humor. Dixie..well...as long as she stays a ghost, I'll tolerate her. The pancakes scene was funny. Loved that Adam asked Opal to see if his mansion is haunted. Those two together are a riot. I wish that we could get more such scenes with these vintage characters, instead of making the program all about Greenlee.

Overall the program was not too bad. It was a mix, linking several s/ls .

I liked the little things, Zach talking about Spike. I also liked that Kendall said she didn't need the fairy tale wedding or the perfect dress. I loved that she was saying that all she needed was Zach, the man she loved. I could have done without the Greenlee in wedding gowns stuff, but at least it gave AM the day off from having to cry or feel guilty about something. Plus she got to work with the vets on the show. I hope she gets to work with BE and DM more often.

I loved that Kendall for once remembered that she has money. Renting out the bridal shop[even if it was for Greenlee] and offering up the casino to Angie and Jesse for their wedding was so Kendall Slater, married to Zach Slater, the richest most powerful man in town.

I loved that Adam called Opal. I think their scenes will be very very funny.

I hated the Jesse/Hazel/Tad scenes only because they reminded me of all of the holes in that story from 2 years ago. It's amazing how "easy" Hazel was to find now. I'm supposed to believe that she couldn't be found at all back then, but she's owning a business right outside of town. Yeah, right. I'm trying to let it go, but I couldn't help but wonder if Jesse will confess to his best friend about Madden before this story is over. Somehow I doubt it.

Wedding Dresses - Well, that wasn't as bad as I'd feared after the preview. There was a music montage, but I was grateful that that spared us sappy, DFS-is-love dialogue. I was really glad when KWAK and Angie showed up. DFS looked like a little girl playing dress-up, and it was so obvious that she just doesn't care about 2x4 so much as she cares about her wedding. Gag. Cracked me up that KWAK found the dress with the cutout for the girls. Loved the dress that Kendall tried on--she looked all goddessy in it. I'll bet Angie's is great too. I also loved the casino offer and KWAK's toast to Zen. Zen and Jangie are definitely staying together, and looks like Trystal and Graidan are all but over. Ha!

Cambias - Ryass wasn't nearly as much of an ass as he usually is. Who knew? Zach was great--loved it when he was talking about bathtime and his eyes lit up and the smile came out. So rarely do we see him smile these days! Didn't like that he took all the blame for the Maria fiasco, but that's so like him (and Kendall) to do. Plus, it was a not so subtle hint to Ryass. I liked that they talked openly, honestly, and without hostility getting in the way of getting things done.

Jake/2x4 - Jake was a little snarky. 2x4 showed us a glimpse of his old self--you know, before he was incompetent, abusive, stupid, and disloyal. Huh. Not sure what to make of those two together. I'm liking Jake so far though, and that's a good thing--especially if it gives Josh more people to get involved with. I want more Josh!

Sunshine Bar- That was a bit ridiculous, but funny. They sure like to stage robberies in bars in PV, don't they? Remember when Richie did it at the Comeback? Oh well.

Chandlers - Adam's great, Dixie's cackle has got to go, JR/Babe are beyond boring, and is Little Adam ever going to grow out of his sugar-induced catatonia?

Comeback - Lovin' Opal and Richie. Opal's a hoot, and I'd much rather see her with Richie than Creepy Uncle Rob. Too bad Richie was seen with the prostitute. Man, she is not too bright. I don't want to lose him--I hate what he did to Zach (but I can chalk that up to being sacrificed under the wheels of the DFS redemption bus)--he's fun.

GO TEAM SLATER!!!

Preview - Wow, that sucks. DFS needs to step the hell off.
